By using this website you accept these terms. They govern the website itself. Work we do for clients is governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.

The website

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content here is general information about our services, not advice, and not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on this site is a quote: quotes are issued in writing after a scoping conversation.

We do not publish prices on this site. Any figure you see quoted elsewhere as ours should be confirmed with us directly.

Our work and yours

Everything on this site: the writing, the design, the code, and the footage: belongs to NX Century or to the clients who commissioned it, and is used here with their agreement. Do not reproduce it without permission.

Client footage shown as portfolio work remains subject to whatever rights were agreed with that client.

Links

We link to other sites we think are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, NX Century is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Alberta have jurisdiction.
