Property video that holds people past the first three seconds
A listing video has one job, and most of them fail it in the first three seconds by moving too fast through too many rooms.
Book a call →The problem. Buyers scroll. A walkthrough that reads like a floor plan gives them nothing to hold onto, and the agent who posted it looks like every other agent. Meanwhile the listing that gets shared is almost never the biggest house. It is the best-shot one.
What we look at first. Whether the piece is selling the property or selling you. Both are legitimate and they are shot completely differently. A listing video sells one house once; agent-brand content is what makes the next seller call you first, and most realtors underinvest badly in the second.
How we solve it. Walkthroughs that follow the route a buyer would actually take, so the space makes sense rather than blurring. Aerial coverage used to answer where the property sits, not as spectacle. And where it suits the listing, the fast-cut VFX style that is currently doing very well in this niche on Instagram and TikTok, which stops the scroll and puts the agent in frame at the same time.
Why us. One shoot gives you the vertical cut and the horizontal master, so the listing page and the feed are both covered without booking twice. Agents listing regularly move to a monthly arrangement, which works out cheaper per property. Book a call and we will price your next listing.

Questions we get asked
How much does real estate video cost in Alberta?
Quoted per shoot, scoped on the size of the property and whether aerial coverage is included. Agents listing regularly usually move to a monthly arrangement, which is cheaper per property than booking one at a time.
Do I get a vertical cut as well?
Yes. Every walkthrough ships vertical alongside the horizontal master, and the vertical is framed vertical on the day rather than cropped out of the wide version afterwards.
How fast is turnaround on a listing?
We will not quote a date before we have the footage, because that number would be a guess. What we will do is tell you where it stands and flag anything that moves. Listing work is the fastest thing we deliver.
Is the VFX style right for every property?
No. It suits listings with something worth showing off and it suits agents building a personal brand. On a modest family home a clean, well-lit walkthrough usually converts better. We will tell you which we think fits.
Do you shoot agent-brand content as well as listings?
Yes, and for most agents it is the better investment. Listing videos sell a house. Brand content is why the next seller picks you to sell theirs.
Do you need the property staged?
Staged shows better on camera, but we work with what is there. Tell us the condition in advance and we will plan the coverage around it.
