Property video mostly looks the same, which is the problem. A listing has seconds to hold someone before the next one.
Buyers scroll listings the way they scroll everything else. A slow pan through a hallway loses to almost anything with pace, so the house that films like every other house gets the same attention as every other house.
This shoot pairs two approaches. Aerial coverage answers where the property actually sits, which photographs never manage. The walkthrough is cut in the fast VFX style that has taken over real estate on Instagram and TikTok, putting the agent on camera alongside the house.
