Dental and medical clinics
Marketing for clinics that reduces the fear first
Most people choosing a dentist are not comparing prices. They are managing anxiety, and picking whoever feels least frightening.
Book a call →The problem. Every clinic within ten minutes of yours has the same stock photo of the same smile in the same chair, and it communicates nothing, because your competitors are using it too. Meanwhile the actual reason someone delays booking is that they are nervous and do not know who will be treating them.
What we look at first. Who the patient is choosing. It is a person far more than a practice, and a room far more than a piece of equipment. That reframes the whole content plan away from technology lists and towards the people in the building.
How we solve it. We film the actual team in the actual rooms. Practitioner introductions so a patient knows the face before they arrive. Plain-language explainers of what a procedure involves, in the dentist's own words, because the unknown is the frightening part. A tour that makes the first visit less of a step into nowhere. Then local search and your Google profile, so you are the clinic that turns up when somebody nearby finally decides to book.
Why us. We handle consent properly, we work around your schedule rather than blocking out a treatment room for a day, and we know the difference between content that looks clinical and content that feels safe. Book a call and we will plan it around your quiet hours.

Questions we get asked
What kind of video works best for a dental clinic?
Practitioner introductions first, procedure explainers second. Patients are choosing a person and managing nerves, and both of those formats address exactly that. Equipment and technology content performs far worse than clinics expect.
How do you handle patient privacy and consent?
Nobody is filmed without written consent, and we work to whatever additional rules your practice and your college require. Patients who appear can withdraw consent later and we will pull the footage.
Will filming disrupt the clinic?
We plan around your schedule, usually quieter hours or a lighter day, and we do not need a treatment room out of service for long. Most clinics carry on around us.
Can you help us rank for local dental searches?
That is the other half of what we do. Clinic search is heavily local and heavily map-driven, so your Google Business Profile, your site and your content all have to agree with each other.
How much does dental marketing cost?
Scoped rather than listed, on how much content you need each month and how much production it takes. A short call is enough to give you a written number.
Our patients are mostly referrals. Is this worth it?
Referrals still look you up before they book. Content and a decent profile are what they find, and that is the moment the referral either converts or evaporates.
